1. Return Eligibility

Timeframe for Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange (see Exchanges policy below).

Condition of Items:
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In the original packaging with all accessories and parts included

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Product are defective and not report in 7 days of delivery

  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such)

2. Return Process

Initiating a Return:
To start a return, please contact our Customer Support Team:

Return Authorization:
We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Write this number clearly on your return package.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers pay return shipping (except for defective/damaged items)

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns

Restocking Fee:
No restocking fees apply to any returns.

3. Refunds

Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds processed within 10 business days

  • Issued to your original payment method

Partial Refunds:
May apply if items are:

  • Not in original condition

  • Damaged by customer

  • Missing parts not due to our error

For Defective/Damaged Items:

  • We cover return shipping costs

  • Choose: Replacement (same/equal item) or refund
