Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

Once the order leaves our warehouse, delivery typically takes 4 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Address Accuracy & Changes:
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Address changes can only be made before the order ships. Once processed and handed to the carrier, the shipping address cannot be updated. Contact us immediately at support@luxeneon.shop for urgent changes.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery:
If an incorrect or incomplete address causes delivery failure, the package will return to our warehouse. You may be responsible for reshipping costs. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
Order Cancellations:

Damaged Items in Transit:
