What if I made a mistake with my order?
If you notice an error in your order, contact our customer support team at support@luxeneon.shop as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

Who covers the return shipping cost?
If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect product), we will cover return shipping. If it’s due to customer preference, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
